The Second Sip Promise – For first time functional hydration droplets customers
We made Morning Light because we genuinely believe water should taste this good. If your first bottle doesn't convince you, we don't want your money.
Reach out within 30 days of receiving your first bottle of Morning Lights functional hydration droplets and you have two options:
Option 1 — Full refund back to your original payment. No questions, no returning the bottle, no awkwardness.
Option 2 — Tell us which flavor you tried and we'll send you the other one free. Because sometimes you're a Sol person who accidentally bought Blush. We get it.
Terms:

- Single bottle purchases only
- One claim per customer
- Just reach out within 30 days and we'll take care of it.
How to claim: "Email us at info@drinkmorninglight.com with your order number and which option you'd like. We'll take care of the rest within 24 hours.
We made this because we believe in it. If it didn't work for you, we want to know — and we want to make it right.
Hydration Droplets – Final Sale (Besides first time buyers)
For the safety of our customers and the integrity of our ingredients, all Morning Light hydration droplets are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened bottles.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@drinkmorninglight.com and we’ll make it right.
For Apparel & Merchandise
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, with tags, unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
